About artist management.

  • For popular artists and peak event dates, we recommend booking several weeks to a few months in advance. Celebrity and high-demand acts can require more lead time, while some artists may be available closer to the event date.

  • Both, and most families take both — it's how nothing falls between two vendors. But planning and decor are booked and priced separately, so you can take one without the other if that suits you better.

  • Yes. Yes. We can manage artist arrival, hospitality, soundcheck, stage timing, technical coordination and performance-day communication even when the rest of your event is planned by another team.

  • A flat, itemised fee agreed up front — never a percentage of your vendor spend. That way we're not incentivised to push you toward more expensive vendors.

  • Yes — one planner is assigned as your point of contact from the first call through to the last function, and you have their personal number, not a shared inbox.
