About social events.

  • For peak dates and popular venues, earlier is always better. We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed. Short-notice celebrations can also be explored subject to vendor availability.

  • Both, and most hosts take both — it's how nothing falls between two vendors. But venue and catering are booked and priced separately, so you can take one without the other if that suits you better.

  • Yes. If your venue and vendors are already booked and you only need professional coordination for setup, hosting, service and wind-down, we can provide a focused show-day service.

  • A flat, itemised fee agreed up front — never a percentage of your vendor spend. That way we're not incentivised to push you toward more expensive vendors.

  • Yes. One dedicated planner remains your point of contact from the first enquiry through vendor confirmation, styling and event-day coordination.
