About entertainment.

  • For popular DJs, bands and peak event dates, earlier is always better. We recommend booking as soon as your event date and venue are confirmed. Short-notice bookings can also be explored subject to availability.

  • Both, and most organisers take both — it's how nothing falls between two vendors. But venue and decor are booked and priced separately, so you can take one without the other if that suits you better.

  • Yes. If your acts are already booked and you only need professional coordination for sound check, run-sheet, cueing and the live show, we can provide a focused show-day service.

  • A flat, itemised fee agreed up front — never a percentage of your vendor spend. That way we're not incentivised to push you toward more expensive vendors.

  • Yes. One dedicated coordinator remains your point of contact from the first enquiry through booking, rehearsal and show-day coordination.
