About venue booking.

  • Our venue booking service is quoted as a flat fee, agreed up front — we don't mark up the venue rate or take a hidden commission from the venue's side.

  • Where possible, yes — we specifically check each venue's outside-vendor policy before shortlisting it, so you're not boxed into their in-house options unless you want to be.

  • For peak wedding season — November to February — four to six months ahead gives you the best choice. Off-season dates can often be locked with much shorter notice.

  • Yes — every site visit includes parking capacity, power backup, washroom count and monsoon contingency for open venues, not just how the space looks.

  • Yes, venue booking can be booked as a standalone service if you're handling the rest of the wedding yourselves or through another planner.
