For a wedding in season — November to February — three to six months is comfortable, and the good venues go earlier than that. Birthdays and small functions need two to three weeks. We have done same-week bookings before; it costs more and we would rather not.

Yes, and we prefer it. Tell us your number at the first call and we will tell you honestly what it can and cannot cover. Several of our reviews mention value for money — that comes from planning inside a real budget instead of quietly exceeding it.

Absolutely. Plenty of families plan their own wedding and bring us in only for mandap, stage and florals. We will flag it if the split is likely to cause problems on the day, but the choice is yours.

Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, Firozabad, Bharatpur and Fatehpur Sikri as standard. We travel further for larger events — transport and crew accommodation are quoted as a separate visible line, never hidden inside the decor price.

An advance confirms your date, with the balance split across agreed milestones and the final portion due before setup. You will see an itemised quote first — no lump-sum "package" figure with nothing behind it.

For any outdoor function we plan a covered alternative from the start and price it in, rather than scrambling on the day. In monsoon season we will tell you plainly if an outdoor setup is a bad idea.
